I love this set! Quality materials, the products seem very sturdy. They work well for my at home yoga and Pilates workouts. The price was great. Another website wanted over 100 dollars for the same exact set.

Low quality, missing item
This is a low quality product. The small inflatable ball’s plastic stopper to hold the air in won’t even stay in the whole. It shoots out across the room from the pressure of the air trying to get out, or from actually using (squeezing) it if you under fill the ball. I didn’t get a tote bag with my order, and it didn’t even come in a box – just all the loose items thrown in a shipping bag. The resistance bands are very thin. The ring seems ok. There are no instructions on how to use anything other than 3 or 4 images with Chinese instructions for the ring. Nor are there suggested exercises for any of the other items.

A great beginner pilates set. I have been using every item and so far everything exceeded my expectations. I was worried the bands would be thin and not good quality but they are great and have lasted through many of my workouts.

I thought it was a great little set for at home Pilates. I didn’t love all of the pieces especially the ring and the yoga ring for stretching. It is not sturdy enough for active use and feels unsafe. I wanted to have another set of resistance bands but these are too weak to get any kind of meaningful workout. I don’t recommend.
