    Great value. Solid watch.
Very happy with the Garmin 55.It’s much more comfortable than the Apple Watch I was replacing. The battery life is amazing – I only charge maybe once a week.It does all the things I want it to do (heart rate, steps per minute, steps, estimated calories, estimated V02 max, GPS tracking, swim lap and stroke counting and likely more that I’m not aware of yet).It took me a week or so to adjust the settings the way I want them, but once I got them adjusted, it’s been smooth sailing.Very happy with the watch – good value and functional.

    Good quality, features and longevity
As advertised. So far so good. I have previously owned a Garmin Vivosmart HR and simply loved it. I would have gotten another one if they hadn’t discontinued them. However, the Forerunner seems to be an adequate replacement at a similar price point. I’m satisfied with my Garmin products. Good quality, features and longevity.

    Excellent beginner watch
I would like to start by saying I’ve used fitbit in the past but decided to switch after my second fitbit wasn’t working properly. I LOVE this watch, it accurately records my activity and even syncs with Strava which is definitely a big deal for me. The watch battery last about 2 to 3 days on a full charge which is as expected being it tracks GPS. The watch is easy to use and navigate, the Garmin app with the watch works great and even helps you train. I highly recommend this product especially for someone who is just starting out in exercise. Would buy again!

    Good watch
Purchased this when it was on sale for my wife as I’m a fan of Garmin and they offer a color I knew she would love. She had some growing pains as she’s a die hard Fitbit user and its features were not intuitive to her. Only reason I’m giving a four out of five stars is for us older folks; the text is small and that makes it hard to read. We can’t figure out if there’s an option to make text bigger but the face of the watch is on smaller side so it might not make sense. Battery life is great as it can last up to a week (wife does not sleep with it).

    Great running watch.
Been using this for over 3 years now and STILL love it. I run a lot and use it for every run and for some walks and it does a great job at everything. Heart rate monitor is accurate. I’m surprised at the number of 1 star reviews. I’m wondering if it’s people in areas where GPS will struggle period and thinking it’s the fault of the watch.

    Outstanding purchase
Excellent watch with great functions for runners.

  8. Kindle Customer

Works well with a great fit
GPS works well to keep track of your running location, lots of features but I only use the walking, running and cardio features . Long battery life and it has a display so you know when to charge it looks great , and fits well. It has a long watch band for various wrist sizes. The watch itself works fast to go between different functions
