LOVE—TASTE LIKE FRUIT GUMMIES! **But NO IRON**
I don’t even know how many bottles of these I’ve gone through now; at least 5. Love the flavor and texture and used them through most of my pregnancy and now post partum while nursing.CAUTION: NO IRON!! I wasn’t too concerned about that during my pregnancy because now some of the new guidance is that if you’re not anemic or haven’t been before, you may not need extra iron during pregnancy! So I thought these would be ok for me since I’ve never had anemia problems. And I had problems with nausea when trying to take prenatals with iron especially in the first trimester.A few months later, I dropped lower in iron, into the mildly anemic category due to skipping out on the iron during the first part of my pregnancy!! Had to add an iron supplement to these to get back into healthy limits.Recommend adding iron supplement to these while pregnant BUT they’re worth the money. Easy to digest and wonderful testing. Should not add to nausea.Highly recommend with the iron addition!

    Made me sick but
I struggled to take any prenatal because my pregnancy made me so sick but they tasted good I just had to stop them because they made the nausea worse for me. They have decent ingredients and came on time though.

    Lifeline for pregnancy nauseau
These are the best vitamins I tried for pregnancy, especially during the first trimester when I was very nauseous. I was swallowing tablets at first and the smell and aftertaste was so unbearable that I often subconsciously “forgot” to take them. I tried other gummies and they were so sweet and coated in sugar and I don’t care for sweets so I didn’t like eating them (if you like sugary candy like gumdrops maybe those would be fine for you — way too sweet for me). These are a little bit tart and taste like fruit leather. They are not coated in sugar. They never give me a stomach ache or nausea. It is easy to take them every day because it is a pleasant experience. I have recommended them to two pregnant friends who have both been happy with them.Only downside — other adults in your household might try to eat them because they are so tasty (yes, this happened).

Two bottles were great, third was inconsistent
I LOVED my first two bottles of these vitamins; however, I am rating 4 stars because the third bottle tastes… different. I liken it to plastic, and the vitamins are a softer gummy than my previous bottles (which I don’t mind, but it goes toward the fact that there is something different about this batch). I am 3 vitamins into this bottle, and considering sending it back for an exchange. Also, I am not pregnant, nor am I trying to become pregnant at this time, so the taste is definitely not thrown off by different hormones or change in senses. So, why am I taking prenatals? My doctor recommended I take prenatal vitamins to help regrow my hair after significant loss/thinning while having my IUD. Most prenatals are supplemented with iron, which, I am unable to take. After much research, it turns out, most gummies do not contain iron because it negatively effects the taste of the gummy, so I love that these fall into that category. Also, my doctor specifically recommended the Garden of Life brand, I love that these are organic, and food sourced for better absorption. I was prepared to give them 5 stars until 2 days ago when I received my third bottle and the taste was so different. If you read most of the negative reviews, it is due to taste. I found this unfair when I first ordered them because taste is so subjective. Most people said the vitamins taste like “flinstone vitamins or kid vitamins,” well, yes, they are berry flavored, and they are gummy, but they are kind of like candy, in my opinion, and, until my third bottle, were a joy to take. However, if people were giving a negative review because THIS is how their very first bottle tasted, I completely understand the negative review. I just convinced myself to send this bottle back for an exchange, and I hope the next one is like the first two.

Texture is great, like an actual gummy!
Love these! The texture is so much better than other brands I’ve tried. I was hesitant at first because of the serving size being 4 gummies, but since these are kinda small and taste like candy it’s so easy! For sure my new favorite!

The gummies are pretty chunky and the fact that you have to take 4 isn’t great. I would’ve preferred to swallow 1 pill to that.
