Postpartum
I absolutely love the Frida Mom postpartum belly wrap! It gave me great support after giving birth — especially for my lower back and belly. The fabric is soft, breathable, and adjustable, so it’s comfortable to wear all day. I really noticed a difference in how it helped me feel more secure and recover faster. A must-have for postpartum recovery!

A great buy for that postpartum period!
During my first postpartum recovery I did not use a belly band. This time I did and I am very, very happy that I chose to do so and to use this one in particular. That feeling of emptiness after baby has “left the building” made me feel so woozy and uncomfortable with the extra space in my stomach. This hugged me nicely without being too tight. It did ride up a bit when I sat down, but was easy to readjust. The material was very soft against my skin and overall made my postpartum recovery SO much easier during those first few weeks.

It’s okay.
Belly binder holds everything in place and is great for using postpartum. Velcro holds hood and doesn’t come unattached. However, once it’s on and you are standing then go to sit, it will roll up on the back hips and cause pain and discomfort. Only way to fix it is to stand up and pull it back around your hips again. Slightly annoying.I think going forward if you aren’t okay with the rolling, I would find a binder that has silicone or something that will stick to clothes and stay in tacked.

Simply essential
This Frida Mom strap was one of the best purchases I made for my postpartum! The material is super comfortable and the compression is in the right measure – I felt firmer, safer and with much more mobility from the first days.I used it both in the normal postpartum period and on the days when I needed more back support, and it made all the difference. It’s easy to adjust, has a good height (it covers the belly well), and it doesn’t curl when we move. You can feel the quality of the product, and it really delivers what it promises. If you are putting together your postpartum kit, this strap needs to be on your list!

Really comfortable and holds everything together
I’m giving this 4.5 because I haven’t actually gotten to use these in the immediate postpartum period to see how it performs then.I had PO prolapse and a seriously weak pelvic floor after pushing for 5 hours with my 5th baby, and I bought this to try wearing after working out when I was having a lot of pain and everything just felt really loose/weak around my hips and pelvic girdle. This has given me a lot of relief as I wear it around the house after a strength workout, run, or a long walk, and I notice that I don’t stay sore for days on end like I used to. I am 8 months pp now and I started using it about 2 months ago, and I feel confident that this has helped in my recovery, so I can only imagine it would perform well early on as well.It seems slightly more sturdy than some of the other girdles I’ve worn in the past, and it definitely is a better value for the money. I find it pretty easy to wear around the house as I’m taking care of kids, doing housework and even sitting on the couch. I’ve found with other (especially cheaper brands) that they get bunched up and uncomfortable unless I’m laying in bed, but I think the segmented design of this one really helps.Nitpicky compaint: I wish the tag was on the inside

Meh. Not worth the hype for me
It was good freshly PP but then It just wasn’t fitting too great anymore. Size wise it’s like a L if I could put it that way it would fit a M size for a little while and then it’s hard to adjust. I ended up buying something else I only used it for like 2 weeks PP and I wanted to wear it for at least a month. Then for me it started to fold and it was uncomfortable or it would slide down. Don’t really recommend it. I would say buy something similar maybe but more adjustable.

Supportive
After my C-section, I decided to try a belly binder, and honestly it was a game-changer. The first few days postpartum were rough: my core felt weak, my back ached, and every little movement pulled at my incision. Once I started using the binder, the difference was immediate. It gave me the gentle support and stability I needed to move around without feeling like everything inside was shifting. It also helped improve my posture and made standing or sitting for long periods so much easier. I noticed less swelling around my belly after a few days of wearing it consistently, and it even made my clothes fit a little better during recovery.

Work only for 3 weeks.
Comfortable and soft. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it only lasts me good for 3 weeks, cause the sticky part runoff/didn’t wanna stick anymore.!!! but yes, it does work and it is comfortable to sleep in.

Ordered 2 binders. One came in a torn box (see pic) binder unwrapped in plastic wrapping. The other arrived wrapped in sealed plastic but there’s tiny stain (see pic).

Most of my baby’s stuff is Frida,I’m using it only at home. You can’t use it when you go out and wear it under your clothes, as it is very visible. It really shows you’re wearing something.Functionality- I love it as it is comfy and supports well, especially after c section😅

Good quality but being a plus size mama it did not fit. I’m a side xL
