It would be nice to know ahead of time that the only thing that will write on these is liquid chalk. Otherwise this was perfect

Not for All Markers and Chalk Leaves Marks
I thought I could use any markers on this board because the item description didn’t specify what markers, but it turns out only certain ones work, which wasn’t clear in the description.The chalk they say you can use actually leaves grooves and marks because the board is not that hard. I still like the idea of having a first and last day photo board, and the size and layout are nice. It just isn’t as versatile as I expected.Cleaning the chalk is okay, leaves a lot of white marks but I can clean with wet wipes.

Looks bright and vibrant. The chalk paint wiped away easily with a wet paper towel. I suggest you wipe it as soon as you can, just in case.
