Nighttime Ritual
I have always had trouble falling and staying asleep. In the past I have occasionally fallen back on sleep aid drugs in desperation after too many back to back restless nights. Since “Mother’s Little Helper” has come into my life, I haven’t had a single sleepless night. After getting all the usual before bedtime tasks finished, you know…scooping litter, letting the dog out one more time, washing my face, brushing, flossing, etc etc, I climb into my jammies and make a steaming cup of MLH. I add a tiny bit of oat milk, but it really doesn’t need anything else. It’s delicious! I don’t recommend drinking this unless you are prepared to go into full nodding off mode.

Does what it says it will, and naturally
Having used both this tea & the David’s “big chill”, I can say they both help me greatly with getting to sleep. I find myself however much preferring the “big chill” flavor over “mothers little helper”. The mothers l. helper has a very strong flowery, chamomile flavor while the big chill is a lovely light refreshing minty flavor. Either way they both do the job of helping me get some sleep w/ out resorting to meds.

Delicious, high quality tea
I’m a bit of a tea snob, so I’m pretty picky about my tea. I was wondering if the high cost of the product would be reflected in its quality. It was. Fresh-tasting. Delicious. I will order again.

I really like this tea
I really like this tea. It tastes great and is very relaxing. You should buy it directly from the David’s Tea website because it is half the price that this vendor is selling it for. This vendor is a complete rip off.

Tasty….but that’s it.
The tea is flavorful and delicious, it has a fruity taste. The tea doesn’t really relax you or make you sleepy. I agree with another reviewer that you should buy directly from David’s Tea as 2oz start at $9.99. My husband paid twice as much $21. for a product that doesn’t do what he intended. Which was to make me relax and sleepy after a long day of dealing with the kids and work.

Not too impressed. “Sleepytime Extra” is both more flavorful and stronger in my opinion.
