Great Quality, But Sound Limitation is Frustrating
Overall, this baby monitor and camera system works well. The video quality is clear, even at night, and the monitor switches easily between the two cameras we use in our kids’ rooms. The biggest downside is that you can only hear audio from one camera at a time. That makes it difficult to monitor both kids overnight unless you’re constantly switching back and forth. It’s still a good system for visuals and basic monitoring, but I wish it had split audio or an alert option for both rooms.

Simple, easy to use, A+ customer service
Third update: the customer service team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They have sent another replacement and this time I have not had issues with it. They stand behind their products and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.___________Second update: it has now been 1.5 months since we purchased this monitor. The monitor is now no longer working. It will turn on and the sound works however the screen is black and will not show and Picture. This time when I tried to turn it on it worked/kind of. See attached video. However the last 3 days the screen was completely black.Wanted to love this monitor but it seems to be cursed. 😞Update: the customer service is amazing! I was having issues with the temperature not working. When I reached out for support they explained how to reset it to try and resolve the problem, but this didn’t work. They sent out a brand new replacement unit. Super helpful and quick resolution. Definitely would recommend!——————This camera is great, easy to use, and simple! Don’t need to worry about wifi and for a travel monitor that is just what I wanted. The battery life for the monitor is decent and will last overnight. I will say I am not a huge fan that it continually goes into VOX mode and the monitor goes black but it helps with battery life and if she makes noise it seems to bring the screen back on without fail so can’t complain there.We attach this to the corner of her Graco pack n play and it works great! Can view her and just out of reach.The only negative I have and the reason I can’t give it 5 stars is that it seems the temperature is inaccurate. It will be COLD in our bedroom. Snuggles under blankets COLD and the monitor says 70. It will be HOT. Laying on top of the covers hot and the monitor still says 70 maybe 71. But definitely not accurate temperature reading.

Vorinstallation hat gut funktioniert. Trotzdem wäre eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Papierform hilfreich. Ich war kurz davor, das Gerät zurückschicken, weil ich die Alarmeinstellung nicht abschalten konnte – hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis ich drauf gekommen bin, dass der Raumthermostat den Alarm ausgelöst hat 😅. Hilfreich wäre auch, wenn man die Sensitivität der Raumlautstärke noch empfindlicher einstellen könnte.Die Kamera ist super.Wir hatten vor 20 Jahren Philips Babyphones, die immer sehr schnell defekt waren. Deshalb habe ich mich jetzt für dieses Produkt entschieden. Langzeit Test steht aber noch aus.

La pantalla funcionaba perfectamente hasta que un día dejó de cargarse por lo que solicité ayuda técnica a amazon quienes me remitieron al vendedor. La resolución del problema por parte de bonoch ha sido muy rápida, proporcionándome otro monitor en lugar del que se ha estropeado, que además es un modelo más actualizado.Actualización: la pantalla ha llegado y funciona tan bien como la anterior (hasta que dejó de cargarse). Contento con la compra y con el servicio postventa.

Love these cameras. Great night time vision and the zoom is great that you can see babies chest move to check for breathing. We had an issue with the night vision and the customer service was great, would for sure deal with this company again. The monitor is large but we love it. It’s perfect for split screen or seeing a wide area. I do find the buttons on the monitor a bit noisy when you press them (but anything seems loud when you’re pressing a button and not trying to wake your husband sleeping beside you ?). Overall great product and I’d recommend for a non wifi baby monitor.
