I absolutely love this baby monitor! It’s small and compact, which makes it easy to move from room to room or take with you when traveling. Great customer service
We recently had a baby. Our baby is quite the caboose and 7 years younger than our last child. We had gotten rid of all of our baby things assuming we were done. So I was on the look out for something affordable, user friendly, and something that didn’t run off WiFi. After reading over reviews and waiting for a good deal, I snagged one of these. I have been so happy with my purchase. It works well. The range on it has been wonderful working all the way across my home as I work from home and my office is on the exact opposite of the home. The battery life would be the biggest complaint I had. I would charge it before I went to bed. Usually went to bed around 10 or 10:30 and it would beep that it was dead between 4:30 and 5. My baby now sleeps until 7 so it was annoying to be woken up when baby was still sleeping. I don’t have an open plug near my nightstand due to it being taken up by other things. My newest complaint started a few weeks ago. I noticed the screen would go weird, or the sound would cut out randomly. Then I started getting this screen that would say no signal. I usually could turn it off and back on and that would solve the problem. However this last week the problem got worse and now the baby monitor just turns itself off. This happened through the night and I woke to hear my baby crying, but due to closed doors in our home he had been crying for a while. I was feeling upset things weren’t working like they had been and reached out to the seller and explained my situation and what was going on. They responded within 12 hours with the option of a replacement or my money back. I’ve enjoyed the monitor so much I opted for a replacement. We will see how things go with the new one. But their customer service alone should receive 5 stars! Great company to work with.

I purchased a baby monitor from Vtimes and no issues at all was perfect until my granddaughter got mad and chucked the monitor in a glass of soda ! She’s 2 so you understand ! I reached out via email and when I’m telling how kind this company is, without hesitation they sent me a brand new Monitor and camera they replaced everything and even included a mount for the camera ! I was mind blown how amazing they are due to finding a company that truly appreciates the consumer these days .Camera quality perfect plus it moves around and zooms in if need be so simple to set up and use takes seconds you can tilt it up and down and side to side.I highly recommend using this company for your baby’s monitor they have a few to chose from and no WiFi needed ! From the day I emailed them and they replied asking for my mailing address I had a brand new system in less than a week 😌 Thank you again Vtimes for your kindness and helping us keep an eye on our little ones !!

Works great, even for chickens!
Don’t come for me, but I bought this to monitor my chicken coop at night. 😂 It works really well, actually. My coop is outdoors and roughly 100 feet away from my house, so the signal has to transmit through several walls (some of which are metal) and it still works great. It does lose connection periodically every so often, but it usually comes right back after 2 seconds or so, and there is some lag in the video sometimes…but I need to stress that I blame the distance and walls between the camera unit and the parent unit, not the product itself. The product is great. The camera connects easily to the parent unit, the whole thing is user friendly. The night vision, as seen in my video attached, is pretty decent, too. The only complaint I have about this unit is that it says you can connect several cameras to one parent unit, but I can’t seem to find any compatible cameras for it.

Great camera!!
I got this camera and monitor specifically because I didn’t want one that hooks up to WiFi. We do have the owlet and I will say, I gravitate towards this one more. The quality on the video is good and there’s no delay whereas with the Owlet, I’ll hear my daughter fussing and it comes thru the camera 4 seconds later. Not much, but as a first time mom, I like to know when she’s fussing, as soon as she starts fussing. Value for money is excellent, sound quality is great. Most importantly: customer service is a breeze to work with. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a companies customer service team. 100% would buy any product from them!!

Update! save yourself the hassle and GET THE UPGRADED ONE!This thing is amazing. Huuuge screen, great connection and great battery life.I ordered the 2.3″ one first. It was okay, and gets the job done. I loved the price but it shows why it’s so cheap. The battery doesnt stay charged for more than 2 hours and the connection blips out constantly. The seller upgraded me to the 6″ one and they were amazing to work with!

Okay – but not the best. Wouldn’t have paid more than $38. Not overly excited about it.
The price point is good. It serves the purpose for a toddler room. We let the new baby keep the nice monitor we had. But I wouldn’t recommend it. The night vision color is okay, but not the very best. In daylight or when room light is on, it’s still so dark in the screen. Almost like a blue/grey. It also zooms in so much! It’s either super far or way too zoomed in. The volume is good enough. I like that the camera display goes black for sleeping next to it. The 2.4 inch screen is super small. I wouldn’t love it as my main monitor for a baby. For an older kid, play room, grandmas house, vacation, etc. it’s a good choice for the price. If you don’t need to save money, skip this one.

Absolutely love the monitor. Everything about it is amazing. Great battery life. The night vision camera is amazing. I had some issues with the Monitor and I contacted the company and they were very Swift at responding in a timely manner and quickly resolved my issue. 10/10 recommended.

Bought this monitor and loved it. It worked really well for us and I liked the smaller screen so I could place it in my pocket while I walked around the house during naptime. By no fault but my own, the screen cracked and it was no longer usable. After contacting the company, they generously sent me a new one within 2 days. Very happy with Vtimes!

Great!We ordered this one and used it for nearly a year.It’s very basic but love that it’s not wifi to be safe. Volume works good and camera rotates. Never used it but has lullabies on it and timers to set,Love that it displays temp in the room.Unfortunately our original model stopped charging unless plugged in at the proper angle and right pressure- most likely not fully their fault I’m not sureBUT- they replaced it with a new model for free after reaching out to the company.Would recommendAfter looking into it I believe they have a year long warranty as well.
