Beautiful quality and excellent customer service!
I purchased this as a gift to my future mother-in-law, and it came out beautifully. The ornament appears rather sturdy, it is a dense piece of resin, which has been beautifully customized. This item would also be a perfect gift for a single-parent family, as it does not have any obviously assigned figures, only stockings. With my original order, there was an error made during the production, so I re-ordered the ornament with a note asking for a check that the ornament says “Feliz” instead of “Felix”, the Ornaments by Elves customer service team was so kind as to even re-imburse the original order (even though I was planning to pay for both anyway) and ensure that every detail was correct.I really appreciate the care that the Ornaments by Elves team has shown in this situation, and I would gladly order from them again!

Great customization great customer support
I ordered this just after Christmas and loved the gorgeous penmanship on the customization! There was a slight hiccup as the year was missing from my ornament—but I contacted Decorated By Elves and they gave instructions for fixing it as well as sending me a whole new ornament. I am super impressed with their gorgeous product and equally fantastic customer support.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I was a little hesitant about ordering this ornament after seeing a few negative reviews. However, I reallywanted to get it for my daughter and her family. They always put their tree in front of the staircase andon Christmas day they gather around the tree and open presents. This ornament depicted that sceneexactly! I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The ornament arrived quickly and perfectly. I ordered theFamily of 8, which were done just as I had wanted. I was really blown away at how beautiful the ornamentis! I know my daughter her family are going to love it and cherish it for many years to come.
